Hunting and fishing in
Northern Europe’s last wilderness

When the sun returns to Lapland, it has been long awaited and is heartily welcome. It gives lavishly of its warmth and lifeimbuing light. Both day and night.

All of nature chimes in, playing a grateful symphony. All around there is fragrant growth
and blooming. Lively rivers, boisterous streams and undulating lakes and seas compete in babbling, gurgling, trickling and flowing – each with its own goal. Beneath the surface, noble fish glisten, wild and appetizing. And in the deep, wide forests, berries and mushrooms ripen as the creatures of the wild eat their fill.

Each summer a magnificent wildlife drama takes place here in Lapland. You can take part and play a leading role in one of our memorable hunting and fishing adventures. The repertoire is filled with surprises. We’re just waiting for you.

Rush hour on the Kaitum River
Let the river decide, lie back in the boat and go with the flow. Your closest neighbour is far away and the nearest you’ll get to rush hour is a fast-flowing river teeming with game fish. Our skilled guides will teach you to read the water and help you find the best fishing spots. Then it’s just a matter of waiting – for that dramatic bite, the battle and the catch.

Take the opportunity to fly-fish a stretch of the Tavvaätno River that has spawned many a tale and been described by so many angling journalists. This stretch of the river has been protected for several seasons, but is now being opened for a limited number of day permits.

Char paradise – the Rautas River
Framed by majestic mountain slopes, the Raustas River is shown off at its very best. At the source of the lake, as it emerges from Rautasjaure Lake, char and salmon trout gather in the evening to feast on the abundance of insects swept along by the current. Seize this opportunity to get to know one of the last remaining stretches that still have healthy stocks of mature salmon trout and char, swimming side by side.

We offer several different fishing tours along the Rautas River.
