Guided tours every day: 11.00 am, 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm. If you are not interested in a guided tour, you can buy your ticket and visit the openair museum on your own.

Visit ICEHOTEL Productions, our ice factory where next winter’s ICEHOTEL lies in waiting in the form of thousands of blocks of crystal clear ice. Guided tours are arranged daily for our summer guests. Join us to hear the fascinating story of ICEHOTEL!

Construction on the church began in 1607 and it was crowned with its beautiful bell tower some time in the 1740s. Inside the church are many historical commemorative plaques that bear witness to the church’s many international visitors.

The body of a Sami girl dressed as a bride has been found under the church floor. The pattern used for her knitted mittens is still used today and is known as the Jukkasjärvi pattern.

Enjoy a relaxing sauna! The Old Homestead has an traditional wooden sauna with a hot tub. Perfect after a day filled with adventures in the wilderness.
