Awaiting your arrival at the airport are teams of eager sled dogs ready to take you on a journey into the wilderness of Lapland.

From Kiruna Airport you will travel by bus to the village of Nikkaluokta, near Kebnekaise which is the highest mountain in Sweden. The road to the remote village of Nikkaluokta follows the Kalix River and passes through lands belonging to the Leva and Norrkaitum Sami people. (summer)

At Kiruna Airport you are met by your guide who will accompany you on the bus journey to the village of Jukkasjärvi, 200km north of the Arctic Circle.

On arrival in Jukkasjärvi, 200km north of the Arctic Circle, you are quipped with waterproof clothing and boots. Your river rafting expedition starts in nearby Ahamukka. The water of the magnificent free flowing Torne River is crystal clear and you glide with the current through the wilderness, passing rapids and minor falls.

After a transfer from the airport you arrive at ICEHOTEL in Jukkasjärvi. Here you are offered a guided tour of the magnificent hotel on the shores of the Torne River, situated 200km above the Arctic Circle. Before dinner there is time to relax in a hot tub beneath the stars of the arctic sky.
