Irishman Dave Ruane studied industrial design and product design in Ireland and England before moving to Sweden to work with ice and snow and get away from the rain. This is his sixth year at the ICEHOTEL. Although Dave is not really a fruit person, he does enjoy a good Granny Smith apple.
