Rashid Sagadeev is a painter and a sculptor who has been teaching art in Russia since 1982. In addition to designing and building two previous suite at the ICEHOTEL, he has competed and participated in numerous European ice and snow competitions and events. Rashid plays the mouth harp and likes his saunas very hot. Leonid Kopeikin is an engineer, craftsman and sculptor. The two Russians have worked together on numerous occasions since 1992, taking first prize in ten international sculpting competitions.
