This is David Andrén’s sixth season working at ICEHOTEL and his first suite. Having previously worked with ice and snow in Norway and Japan, he also does freelance work as a set designer. For help with the creation of ‘Meander’, he enlisted his father, Lars Holm, an artist who specializes in watercolors. David handed Lars a shovel and said, “Start digging, Dad.” Having previously done three suites for ICEHOTEL, Lars knew exactly what to do.
