Payment & cancellation policy
Our reservations team is available to speak to on the phone Mon-Fri 9 am – 4 pm.
We’ll hold your booking for 14 days. You confirm your booking by making payment of the amount due in full – and don’t worry, your booking is not definitive unless we hear from you at the end of those 14 days.
You have 14 days to confirm you booking by making payment and sending us a copy of the receipt. You can pay by bank transfer or with credit card over the phone with us. All the details you need to know are in the booking confirmation. We’re currently getting a new booking system, which unfortunately affects the online payment.
You may cancel your booking with 100% refund within 14 days of making the booking.
Once you’ve paid for your rooms, activities or other products, our policy is as follows:
46 or more days prior to arrival: 75% of the amount.
Within 45-15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the amount.
Within 14 days of arrival: Non-refundable.
