Stefan Beccari & Leonardi Beccari, Sweden.

Guests visiting ‘Lüft’ are treated to the pre-flight inflating of a hot air balloon, just minutes before it is bravely piloted over the ice-cloaked Arctic.

Stefano Beccari is an Italian sculptor who has worked for 18 years with stone where it is quarried – limestone in Sweden and Portugal, marble and alabaster in Italy and granite in Sweden. He brings the various qualities of the surrounding geology into his work. He develops and executes art projects of the under the name Beccari & Beccari with his son, Leonardo Beccari, who is an architect and co-founder of the firm VIDA, Ventures in Design and Architecture Stockholm.
