Have you ever entered a space and felt completely at home? ‘Walled Cities’ provokes so much more than déjà vu. It is filled with symbols and icons that fill you with inherited memory. This cohesive, historic design plays to all of our senses, reassures us with each turn and comforts us in a way that is deep and spiritual.
This is Viktor Cebergs’ second suite at ICEHOTEL. He is an Australian sculptor and portrait painter that specializes in site specific designs. Viktor’s works are large scale to encourage the interaction between the public and his work. He uses a variety of raw materials including cast aluminum, forged steel, stone and Australian timber. Viktor has studied and worked throughout Australia, Japan, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden, England, Canada, New Zealand and Korea… whew!
