For daytime visitors
The winter season starts in December and ends in April. During that time we welcome daytime visitors between 10 am and 6 pm - daily.
Guided tours in English are held regularly. After 6 pm, the hotel is only open to overnight guests. A guided tour is included in the admission fee or you can stroll around on your own.
ICEHOTEL admittance, daytime visitors
Adult: SEK 325 /person
Child (7-12 years): SEK 75 /person
Senior, student, military trainee: SEK 200 /person
Group (with 10-19 people): SEK 290 /person.
Group (with 20 or more people): SEK 260 /person.
Tickets are sold at ICEHOTEL Shop, on site in Jukkasjärvi. All groups (over 10 people) must be prebooked. Please contact info@icehotel.com or call +46 980 668 00 for more information.
On site you can also find our Activity Desk, if you wish to book an activity during your visit. ICEHOTEL Restaurant offers lunch between 11.30 am and 2.30 pm every day and ICEHOTEL Shop is open daily between 9 am and 7 pm.
In summertime, you can visit our Ice factory and learn more about our history and how we build ICEHOTEL.
A visit to ICEBAR JUKKASJÄRVI by ICEHOTEL is included in your entrance ticket. The bar opens at 1 pm every day.

ICEHOTEL is an art museum where artists display their work for viewing. We therefore ask you to kindly respect the art, furniture and installations so that everyone can enjoy it as long as possible.
