Arctic Trail snowmobile safari
Explore the landscape of Sami culture in Lapland. Travel along the ancient trails of this aboriginal people, through the forest and over the mountains. Come along on an unusual and fascinating snowmobilesafari, far off the beaten path.
Tours include all transfers, accommodation in cabins/wilderness camps and/or hotels, according to programme, 1 snowmobile per person, petrol/oil, full board and a guide throughout the safari.
With the snowmobile in focus
On this expedition, we focus on the snowmobile. We leave the ordinary trails, visit our guide’s favorites and select areas after season to reach the best spots for the moment. Guide, transfers, accommodations and all meals are included. The length of the tour is four days and the best time to enjoy it is during April-May.
The arctic fauna and the Lappish cuisine
By snowmobile we visit the reindeer’s nursery areas, follow the moose’ migration routes and search for the grouse and capercaillie. We round off each day with some of the finest delicacies that make up the Lappish cuisine in one of our wilderness camps. Guide, transfers, accommodations and all meals are included. The tour is three days long and stretches over 300 km. Departs in April.
ICEHOTEL and Kebnekaise
An experience that will take you on a snowmobile safari from the woodlands and the world’s largest hotel made of ice and snow to Sweden’s highest mountain, Kebnekaise. Guide, transfers, accommodations and all meals are included. Tour length; four days. The about 400 km long tour departs on April 14th.
From ICEHOTEL to the Arctic ocean
A snowmobile expedition that takes you from ICEHOTEL to Treriksröset where Sweden, Norway and Finland meet. We continue down the mountain on the Norwegian side of the border to the Arctic Ocean. We finish the tour with an overnight stay at the Sami family, Päiviö, in the village of Soppero. Guide, transfers, accommodations and all meals are included. The five day tour streches over 550 km and departs on March 31st.
