Ice is not the only material which freelande set designer David Andrén enjoys working with – he also likes a medium called LEGO. Daniel of Ampersand is a second-year lighting design student at Dramatiska Institutet in Stockholm, and co-founder of the Swedish design collective Ampersand. ‘Broken surface’ is David’s second ICEHOTEL suite, Daniel’s first.
