With a sense of curved symmetry and playful reflection, "The Meeting" visually re-creates the harmony and balance that occurs during an encounter.
In addition to ice, Lena Kriström works with stone, clay, concrete and plaster molding. She has contributed to ICEHOTEL for the past 17 years and has participated in Magnetite Heavy Art, a sculpture symposium. Åke Larsson’s body produces about 300 billion new cellls every day.
