Would you like to take a look beneath the surface? You see the river outside the hotel, but here you are underneath it. A big piece of ice has been cut out, lifted up and lifted inside the suite and has become a place for you to rest, or swim, in.
Björn Bondeson and Tobias Hesselgren, both Swedish architects, have chosen to work with the concept of shaping a room, rather than sculpting in ice. This suite is the Torne River itself; it is ‘A piece of Torne River’.
