Alf Hellström is an organisation consultant with focus on management development, change management, coaching and one of the key figures behind ivent.
Maths Johansson runs the company Arctic Safaris/Fjällguiden AB and has for the past 16 years, together with Alf, arranged experience based learing experiences in northern Sweden, Finland and Norway.
We offer ivent for training, meetings, conferences, product launches, press events and kick-offs.
Before every meeting, we perform a situation analysis and set up goals for the meeting. For example, we map out the purpose of the meeting, who should attend and why, what results you wish to achieve, what added value are you hoping for, what should happen after the meeting. We can also assist you with the evaluation process.
