Experience our most unique and genuine dining experience in the northern wilderness, completely private for you and your company. In a glade in the Arctic forest, next to Lake Salmijärvi, a decorated ice table awaits.
Through our artistic filter, the table is decorated for the evening and your own chef welcomes you to your seats. Hear the birds’ song high up in the treetops, the wind howling through the branches and feel the warming rays from the midnight sun early in the season, or possibly see the first Northern Lights dance later in August. Sip on a cooling welcome drink with accompanying amuse bouche and feel how the calm and silence settles.
In front of you, your private chef creates magical cooking when the evening’s menu is prepared. Here you get a unique opportunity to get really close to gastronomic art of cooking, take the opportunity to ask your questions and thoughts and get tips and tricks from the chef to take home to your kitchen. The menu in four servings offers flavors and aromas inspired by the northern cuisine. With selected, local ingredients, you will be served delicacies such as reindeer, char, and cloudberries. Or what is most in season just when you have chosen your experience. It will be a memorable evening and a joy for all your senses.

Ice table – minimum 2 people, maximum 6 people. Price from SEK 12 607 for 2 people.
Wooden table – minimum 2 people, maximum 8 people. Price from SEK 8 735 for 2 people.
Minimum 2 people and maximum 6 people for the ice table. Minimum 2 and maximum 8 people for the wooden table. If someone in your party has food preferences, you need to state this when booking.
Together with staff from Icehotel, you take a minibus from Icehotel to the place where you will find the table.
In case of rain or bad weather it is possible to sit indoors at the same place.
For all our tours that include food we need to know your diet restrictions or food allergies. Please fill in this information in the booking flow. At the activity day, we gather at Meeting point 15 minutes before start time, equipped and ready. Please note that you as a guest are personally responsible to wear clothes accordingly to weather. Equipment
Your clothing is the most important part in order to be able to enjoy your activity to the fullest. We strongly advise you to dress accordingly to weather since a big part, if not all of the activity is held in an outdoor setting. Our guides have the right to deny anyone dressed wrongly.Required to bring
Even though it is summer / early autumn it might be nice to dress warm underneath, preferably in thermal clothing and a warm hat.Tip
The weather in the Arctic can change drastically and suddenly. It can there for be nice to dress accordingly to the layer-on-layer principle, or to bring a bag with a change of clothes. It can also be nice to bring a camera for chances to take great photos during the tour.Keep in mind
