David & Martin, former jewellery designers for Karl Lagerfeld, transform venue into sparkling treasure trove of ice jewels.
 

This Spring brings a new dimension of glamour to the ABSOLUT ICEBAR LONDON, where - for the first time ever - the ice will sparkle not just on the walls and in the drinks but also on our guests themselves. The venue will officially unveil its radical transformation with a star-studded launch party on 30th April.

Acclaimed jewellers David & Martin, former designers for Karl Lagerfeld, will be transforming the ABSOLUT ICEBAR into a glittering treasure trove of gemstones, complete with a brand new interior ice design, kept in perfect condition in a chilled environment of -5° Centigrade. Realising David & Martin’s vision for the venue are talented ice designers Åke Larsson and Arne Bergh, the team responsible for the design of some of the most striking bars of ice in the world.

As part of the collaboration, David & Martin have also created an innovative ‘Ice Jewel Tray’ on sale exclusively to guests of ABSOLUT ICEBAR LONDON. Guests who buy this item of merchandise need only fill the re-usable tray with water and store in the freezer overnight to create their very own limited edition David & Martin bracelet, as dazzling as it is transient. Guests can then either wear the ice bangle, drape it over a bottle neck as an elegant cooler, or break it apart to use as ice in their drinks.
