With an ICEHOTEL gift card, you do not have to choose for them. Instead, you give them the opportunity to create their own unforgettable journey to Jukkasjärvi and Swedish Lapland.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The gift card is valid for all products and services offered by ICEHOTEL and is valid for two years (730 days) from the date of issue. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift card may be used:
• For bookings made through our online booking system.
• For bookings made through our reservations department.
• For payment of activities purchased on site.

The gift card cannot be used as a payment method in our on-site shops, cafés or restaurants. The gift card may be used on multiple occasions during its validity period until the full balance has been used or the gift card has expired For online purchases, the gift card is sent to the email address provided during checkout and is normally delivered shortly after payment has been processed.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds - Online Purchases (Distance Sales)
• Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
• A refund may be requested within 14 days without providing any specific reason.
• No refund will be granted once the gift card has been redeemed or partially used.
• Redemption or use of the gift card is considered the commencement of the purchased service or benefit.

Purchases Made On Site (Reception, Shop or Other Physical Point of Sale)
• No statutory right of withdrawal applies to gift cards purchased on site.
• Refunds or exchanges are granted only in exceptional cases and at ICEHOTEL's discretion.

Have you purchased or received an ICEHOTEL gift card before 20 October 2026? Due to an update of our gift card system, gift cards purchased before this date cannot be redeemed through our online booking system.
