Experience Chef’s Table with non-alcoholic beverage package at the Veranda. The Veranda is a flavour experience from Norrland, where all senses are present. With produce from the highest mountains and water from the deepest valleys.

At the Veranda we want to capture Norrland and convey the noble art of cooking with nature’s resources.

It is all about our love for nature, our magical surroundings, and a careful way of looking after what we have around us.

The Veranda menu is changeable and will be adjusted based on the produce we have on the day. The menu will not be revealed beforehand, but every dish will be a surprise where all senses will be present in the experience.

BOOKING INFORMATION

The Veranda is open on request from September 1st, 2024 for groups of 8-14 people.

At the Veranda we will take gluten and lactose allergies into account. We do not offer a vegetarian or vegan Veranda menu. For vegan and vegetarian dishes, we recommend any of our other restaurant options.

If anyone in your company has allergies you have to make a note of that when making your reservation. With that in mind, our chef will create a unique menu for you!
