The tour includes a visit around our hotel area and to our ice storage facility where the crystal-clear ice blocks from the Torne River are stored while waiting to become artworks and hotel rooms.

You also get a unique insight into our production facility, where design meets handicraft and engineering, and learn about ICEHOTEL’s history and how a small art project on the Torne River turned in to a global travel destination.

On the tour you follow our yearly planning and building process and get an insight into how we create a new hotel each year, consisting of new rooms, artists and ideas.
