Grayling fishing in Luspen

Activity facts

Duration: 4 days Included: Private fishing guide throughout your whole stay, fishing permits, accommodation at fishing camps for 3 nights, full board service throughout your whole stay & all transfer Gather at: Airport/Train station in Kiruna
Are you searching for a place to fish big Grayling? Welcome to one of our wilderness camps, camp Luspen, on a true premium fishing trip
Luspen is located on the riverbank of the mighty Torne River, far away from roads and electricity. In this rustic camp, you stay in a cozy sleeping cabin with access to a wood-heated sauna. When you are not fishing you can rest your legs on a bed indoors.

At Luspen, there is a great chance of catching Big Graylings with an average weight of 700–800 grams, as well as trophy Graylings weighing up to 2 kilos! Your guide will welcome you at the airport or train station in Kiruna and drive you to Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi. On the way, you will have the opportunity to stop at an outfitter, just in case you forgot something at home.

At Icehotel we repack our gear and jump in our waders to enjoy a one hour journey by riverboat and raft to Luspen. After watching plenty of fish-eating from the surface during the boat trip, you are now craving to put a fly in the water! We spend the rest of the day fishing, relaxing in the sauna and enjoying a delicious dinner in the evening.

During your stay at Luspen, your guide will make sure that no one goes hungry. Breakfast,  lunch, dinner, and snacks will be prepared for you to enjoy. Meals are based on local produce and perhaps also your catch of the day?

The package includes 4 days of instant fishing. On the final day, you also have the chance to experience Icehotel 365, the world’s first and largest hotel built out of snow and ice that also houses an impressive ice art hall, in a structure that is cold year-around thanks to solar power.
