At The Veranda, out goal is simple: To provide a tasting menu that is a flavour experience of the Arctic, where all senses are present. With our 12-course dinner, we want to present you with our dishes in an authentic, warm and genuine way!

ICE MENU
Experience our popular ice menu in the warm and pleasant environment of ICEHOTEL Restaurant. Here you get to enjoy a menu inspired by Norrland, where some selected dishes are served on plates made of ice from the Torne River.

DOG SLEDDING
To travel by dogsledding is one of the most exciting ways to see the magical winter landscapes surrounding ICEHOTEL. The only things you hear are the dogs running and the sound of the sled moving through the snow. Here you will get the opportunity to experience the beautiful Arctic wilderness up close

EXPERIENCE THE MAGICAL ICEHOTEL
