Book a seat on our transfer from ICEHOTEL to Kiruna Airport, the bus or taxi will take you to the airport accordingly to the flights departure time for given flight number at the time of booking. Our transfer is mostly run by bus, but on certain occasions minivans or taxis may also be used.

Please note that you need to book your transfer before 3 pm, the day before departure, in order for us to guarantee your transfer.

The trip from ICEHOTEL to Kiruna Airport takes about 15-20 minutes, and will leave from ICEHOTEL 1,5 hours before your flights departure time. The transfer will pick you up at the parking lot next to the Lounge.

When you book your transfer, you need to provide the correct flight number and departure time. If we do not get this information we cannot guarantee a transfer, as we wont know what time to pick you up. You will not be refunded if you book a transfer and do not provide the correct flight number and departure time.

Please note that if you are late and don't make the transfer, we cannot book you a new transfer and you will not be refunded.
