Book a seat on our transfer from ICEHOTEL to Kiruna Train Station, the bus/taxi leaves accordingly to the trains departure time for given train number at the time of booking. Our transfer is mostly run by bus, but on certain occasions minivans or taxis may also be used.

Please note that you need to book your transfer before 3 pm, the day before departure, in order for us to guarantee your transfer.

The transfer to the train station from ICEHOTEL leaves one hour before your train's departure time. The transfer from ICEHOTEL to Kiruna train station takes about 20-25 minutes. The transfer will pick you up at the parking lot next to the Lounge.

When you book your transfer, you need to provide the correct train number and departure time. If we do not get this information we cannot guarantee a transfer, as we wont know what time to pick you up. You till not be refunded if you book a transfer and do not provide the correct train number and departure time.

Please note that if you are late and don't make the transfer, we cannot book you a new transfer and you will not be refunded.
