Book a seat on our transfer to ICEHOTEL from Kiruna Airport.Transfer from Kiruna Airport leaves accordingly to the flights arrival time for given flight number at the time of booking. Our transfer is mostly run by bus, but on certain occasions minivans or taxis may be used.

Please note that you need to book your transfer before 3 pm, the day before departure, in order for us to guarantee your transfer.

The trip from Kiruna Airport to ICEHOTEL takes about 15-20 minutes, and will pick you up in front of the arrivals hall. If you've booked a transfer the driver will have your name on their passenger list.

When you book your transfer, you need to provide the correct flight number and arrival time. If we do not get this information we cannot guarantee a transfer, as we wont know what time to pick you up. You will not be refunded if you book a transfer and do not provide the correct flight number and arrival time.

Please note that if you are late and don't make the transfer, we cannot book you a new transfer and you will not be refunded.
