The ice menu at Icehotel Restaurant
Try the bespoke ice menu served in the warm and cozy ICEHOTEL Restaurant, and get a dining experience beyond the ordinary. With carefully selected local ingredients, our kitchen team creates modern dishes and flavours, with Northern Sweden as an inspiration.
Here you will enjoy a menu where selected dishes are served on plates made of ice from the Torne River. The ice menu consists of four courses and you can also add a wine package to your ice meal, for an even better culinary experience.
Please note that the ice menu is not available to book for lunch.
We also offer a pescetarian and a vegetarian ice menu.

Please note in the booking if anyone in the party is pescetarian or vegetarian and would like a pescetarian or vegetarian ice menu. Unfortunately we cannot offer a vegan ice menu. We take gluten and lactose allergies into account, please let us know of you allergies when making a reservation.
