Try the bespoke ice menu served in the warm and classic Icehotel Restaurant, and get a dining experience beyond the ordinary. With carefully selected local ingredients, our international kitchen brigade creates modern dishes and flavors with the northern of Sweden as an inspiration.

Here you will enjoy a fantastic menu where some selected dishes will be served on plates consisting of ice from Torne River. During the spring/summer the menue for adults consists of an amuse-bouche and three courses and during winter it is an amuse-bouche and four courses. Add our wine package for an extra experience, it has been created carefully and especially for this ice menu.
