ABout the art suite
The room's design brings the joyful memories and playful spirits of childhood to life in a snowy white settings. Five sculptures playing hide and seek add both fun and humour to the space. Each one is hidden in its own unique spot, creating movement and a story within the room.
While the room cheekily claims that "there is no one here", the sculptures reveal the truth, filling the space with life and humour. This concept invites the guests to relive the innocence of childhood, while playfully exploring the fine line between the presence of absence.

About the artists
Ayla Turan, born in 1973 in Hamburg, is an independent artist based in Istanbul, Turkey. She graduated from the Sculpture Department at Mimar Sinan University in 1996. Her public sculptures are featured in over 20 countries.
Kemal Tufan, born in 1962 in Silivri, graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1985, as well as from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with a degree in Sculpture in 1994. He has participated in, and curated symposiums in 30+ countries. Since 2005 he is a lecturer at Marmara University.
