About the art suite
Two rats caught in action; they wanted to steal cheese.
The house cat who is supposed to guard the pantry has been quietly watching the energetic labour of the rats.
The rats have now caught sight of the cat. They watch one another.
Tha cat thinks he might be a bit hungry. Can he care for a chase? He continues to watch, the moment frozen in time.
As long as the rats keep still and don't move, the cat will remain in suspended indecision.

About the artists
Tjåsa Gusfors has been working as an artist at ICEHOTEL since 2000. She is a multifaceted artist; she sings and creates sculptures from variety of materials including wood, stone and sand. The voice you hear singing in the suite is her voice.
Hanneke Supply is a sculptor working in materials such as sand, snow, ice and foam. Since completing her studies in 2003 she has travelled the world, indulging in her passion for sculptire, crafting and forming connections with remarkable people.
