About the art suite
Obscura is a surrealistic concept, designed to challenge and deceive the viewer's perception of space and create an immersive experience that blurs the line between reality and imagination.
Fake perspective achieved with the implementation of tools such as lighting, object scaling, slope of the horizontal plane and a distorted checkered pattern, the room appears significantly larger that its actual size when viewed from a specific spot.

About the artist
Lukas Petko is multi-disciplinary designer and architect based in Stockholm, Sweden.
WIth a background in architecture, he has worked and studied in Slovakia, Australia, Japan and Sweden. Since completing his studies, he has been working more multi-disciplinary: Solving problems, creating both physical and digital experiences, bridging a number of fields.
Petko describes his key strenghts as being an innovative thinker and being flexible; a person who can contribute to change and feel happy living to his full potential.
