About the art suite
Embark on a journey into the inner space of letters. Following upp on their previous typography inspired suites "Hot Type in a Cold Setting" and "Love you to the Letter", the artists now leave the physical shapes of the letters behind, to explore what lays in between each individual character.
The secret to the type design lays in the space in between, the space defines the letter and creates its specific personality. It is also in the leap from letter to letter where the reading and understanding of sentences takes place. Welcome to a journey into letter space.

About the artists
John Bark is an editorial designer from Sweden, with clients all over the Nordic countries. He is also the co-founder of MoGa, Museum of Graphic Arts. He loves downhill skiing. This is his third suite at ICEHOTEL about typography.
Charli Kasselbäck is a graphic designer and illustrator, based in Stockholm. He runs a digital design agency and loves spending time surfing and sailing. This is his third suite at ICEHOTEL about typography.
