During the days you get time in an inspiring environment where you get to take part of unique ice art and fantastic northern flavors, settled in stillness in sync with nature.

Day two you use process cards from Icehotel which are specially developed with Katarina Eker. She will start up your session day 2 and go through the cards to set the scene for your process this day. Katarina is the leadership coach who will push your team with her geist and passion and eliminate what stands in the way of creating great results and a way forward for your organization. After a day with Katarina’s coaching cards, you have new tools to take your problems and turn them into success.
