About the artist

Henkia (Fransisco Cortés Zamudio) is a Chilean artist who moved from Berlin to Grisslehamn, Sweden. Under the name Henkia, Fransisco has been an active artist in Europe for more than a decade, with exhibitions in Berlin, Barcelona and Stockholm.

Mainly active as an abstract painter, he likes to work in oil, watercolours and ink, but he is constantly exploring new forms of expression, like music, video, photography and design. This will be the tenth time he creates an art suite, solo at ICEHOTEL.
