“Hidden Milan” is a concept inspired by one of the most typical feature of Milanese architecture, a courtyard. Often hidden behind large, inconspicuous doors, these intimate and silent places tend to hide a completely new world full of amazing fountains, exotic trees, colourful flowers and terracotta flower pots, which I decided to interpret with ice and snow.
My name is LUKAS PETKO. I perceive myself as a multipotential who loves to express through architecture , spatial design, as well as illustration, 3D modelling and music.
I am at my best when i can explore and learn new things. Whether it is moving to a new country, wandering through rain forests, conquering 5500m mountains, learning a new language, japanese kanji or to play a new music instrument, constant challenging myself makes me feel alive and serves as a huge inspiration for my professional life.
After having lived, studied or worked in different countries such as Slovakia, Iceland, Australia, Japan, I am currently based in Stockholm, Sweden where i work as an architect and creative at Note Design Studio with projects of different scales and scope from creating digital design, visual communication, design strategy and art direction to spatial design, installations and architecture.
