About the art suite
A low mechanical whir stirs the frigid air. Door after door, just rows of empty shelves. Lights illuminate nothing in particular.
The freezer functions, yet serves no purpose.
In the uncanny quiet, a cool stillness settles in, and it feels colder than it should.
About the artists
Loh Li Zhi is a practicing architect based in London. He enjoys working with his hands and is excited to explore the unique possibilities of snow and ice to create an immersive experience.
Wansing Tay is a Singapore-based administrative professional with a fine arts background. Keen to rekindle her creative spark, she hopes to evoke a sense of enchantment inspired by the beauty of Jukkasjärvi and the Torne River.
