About the artists

Viktor Tsarski, an architect from Bulgaria and Wouter Biegelaar, a designer from Hollande, are no strangers to ICEHOTEL. They met at ICEHOTEL in 2010 and since then they have become close friends and have collaborated on many projects. Apart from their snow and ice projects, Viktor and Wouter work together on designing toys for manufacturers all over Europe.
